Situated in a quiet suburb atop Bluff Hill, just 15mins walk [3mins drive] down to the city centre. A relaxing, comfortable place to stay whilst enjoying the many attractions Hawkes Bay has to offer.

The home itself is believed to have been built circa 1900. The stylish entrance with it's original stained glass windows provide a testament to the craftsmanship of the era.

A sumptuous, multifarious breakfast is served in the spacious dining room downstairs. The menu, which changes on a daily basis, has much of the produce sourced from the Hawkes Bay locale: much of it very local indeed!
